SALEM BAPTIST CHURCH, RAMSEY
The church felt that it was a priority to bring their manse into a state of good order, in prayerful preparation for a new Pastor. The Corporation were able to assist with a grant and a loan.
As a small church facing quite a major project, Salem Baptist Church write:
"We do appreciate this fellowship in the work. The final stages are in progress, the house has been completely redecorated throughout by two of our ladies. The old roof made of asbestos slates, which were becoming porous, and in places had cracked, had been leaking water for some time into the rear bedroom, has been completely replaced. The house has been completely rewired and plumbed, new bathroom and a shower room built downstairs where an old larder had been. A block-work patio and driveway are being built to finish the outside of the house. We are very grateful to the Lord for grants received, the loan, and the giving of His people both in time and money at Salem Baptist Church. Thank you for your help and support."
